Instagram has become especially important. Many businesses — depending on the region — may not have a website, but most of them do maintain an Instagram presence. This allows you to get a good impression of a place before visiting.
As noted on the website and in the PDF: these businesses are not open 7 days a week or 24 hours a day. Many operate with specific opening hours or are seasonal, so it’s always worth checking in advance.

Die Schweiz und Frankreich sind aktuell als PDFs verfügbar. Weitere Länder werden kontinuierlich hinzugefügt – schau regelmäßig auf der Unterseite vorbei, um Updates zu entdecken.
Jedes PDF enthält immer:

Instagram ist heute besonders wichtig. Viele Betriebe – je nach Region – haben keine eigene Webseite, aber fast alle pflegen einen Instagram-Account. So kannst du dir auch auf diesem Weg ein Bild vom Betrieb machen.
Wie auf der Webseite und im PDF erwähnt: Die Betriebe sind nicht 7 Tage die Woche und 24 Stunden am Tag geöffnet. Viele haben besondere Öffnungszeiten oder öffnen nur saisonal, daher lohnt sich ein vorheriger Check.

What’s going on… March 2026
Hey-heeeey, hallo zusammen!
Die letzten Tage sind nur so verflogen – bunt und voller Inhalte!
Ich habe zurückgeschaut und eines der allerersten Videos vom 4. Oktober gefunden, in dem ich erstmals die Idee für Celiacsunbound erwähnt habe. Einige Monate später staune ich, wie viele 100% GF Betriebe bereits auf der Karte markiert sind.
Die Arbeit ist noch lange nicht abgeschlossen – besucht die Unterseite „Progressive Search“, um zu sehen, welche Gebiete bereits durchsucht wurden und welche noch ausstehen. Ich danke euch herzlich für alle Tipps, die noch nicht auf der Karte sind. In den vergangenen Tagen erhielt ich einen weiteren 100%-GF-Tipp aus Mailand, und gestern bin ich bei der Planung meines eigenen Urlaubs ganz zufällig in Villa Joyosa, Spanien, über einen weiteren 100%-Betrieb gestolpert…
Ein riesiges Dankeschön an euch alle, dass ihr mithelft, alles aktuell zu halten, damit wir eine möglichst vollständige 100%-glutenfreie Karte genießen können. Gemeinsam sind wir eine unglaubliche Gemeinschaft!
In den letzten Tagen habe ich außerdem die Option „Membership“ für 100%-GF-Betriebe vorgestellt. Ich habe dieses Jahr noch einige gedruckte Sticker und möchte sie gerne als neues Projekt anbieten. Ihr erhaltet einen QR-Code-Aufkleber, den eure Kundinnen und Kunden im Laden scannen können – und so eine Welt voller 100%-glutenfreier Möglichkeiten entdecken. Ein solch positiver Moment in eurem Geschäft oder Restaurant spricht sich bestimmt herum. Die Mitgliedschaft ist für die ersten Bewerber kostenlos. Ihr werdet auf der Website celiacsunbound.org hervorgehoben – zwei Betriebe sind bereits dabei. Voraussetzung ist lediglich, dass der Sticker im Geschäft angebracht wird. Eine echte Win-win-Situation!
Außerdem habe ich in den letzten Tagen den Kalender aktualisiert: Hinzugekommen sind die Daten für 2027 der Celiac Cruise sowie weitere Termine, zum Beispiel zusätzliche Stopps von Güvens Foodtruck-Tour mit Melek.
Und – fast vergessen – ich habe auf der Webseite ein Forum eröffnet. Wenn euch etwas am Herzen liegt, meldet euch gerne. Wer weiß, vielleicht finden wir gemeinsam eine Lösung.

The past few days have flown by—colorful and packed!
I looked back and found one of the very first videos from October 4th, where I mentioned the idea for Celiacsunbound for the first time. Fast forward a few months, and I’m amazed at how many businesses are already marked on the map.
The work is far from finished—visit the “Progressive Search” subpage to see which areas have already been explored and which are still pending. I’d like to thank you for all the tips that haven’t yet made it onto the map. In the past few days, I received another 100% GF tip in Milan, and just yesterday, while planning my own vacation, I randomly came across another 100% gluten-free business in Villa Joyosa, Spain…
A huge thank you to all of you for helping keep everything up to date so we can enjoy the most complete 100% gluten-free map possible. Together, we are an incredible community!
Over the past few days, I also introduced the “Membership” option for 100% GF businesses. I still have some printed stickers this year and would love to offer them as a new project. You’ll receive a QR code sticker that your customers can scan in-store, opening up a world of 100% gluten-free possibilities. A positive moment like this in your shop or restaurant is sure to spread the word. Membership is free for the first applicants. You’ll be highlighted on the website celiacsunbound.org—two businesses are already on board. The only requirement is that the sticker is displayed in your business. A true win-win situation!
I also updated the calendar in the past few days: added were the 2027 dates for the Celiac Cruise and several others, such as additional stops on Güven’s food truck tour by Melek.
Oh—and almost forgot—I’ve launched a forum on the website. If something is on your mind, feel free to reach out, and who knows—we might find a solution together.
