For greater trust, the new symbols are being added to the map gradually on the 100% GF (gluten-free) map!

  • „GoogleMaps: 75″ = Number of reviews on Google Maps that include the topic celiac disease, gf, contamination,…
  • „Insta: ✓“ = Gluten-free is mentioned in the Instagram caption / At first glance, a post or the bio clearly shows that
  • „Insta: –“ = Gluten-free is NOT mentioned in the Instagram caption / At first glance, a post doesn’t clearly show that
  • „Insta: (no Insta)“ = The business doesn’t use Instagram
  • „Web: ✓“ = Gluten-free is mentioned on the website

In short, these symbols show verified gluten- free info you can trust-on Google Maps, Instagram, or the official website.

Für noch mehr Vertrauen werden neue Symbole nach und nach auf der 100% GF (glutenfrei) Karte hinzugefügt!

Switzerland and France are currently available as PDFs. More countries are being added continuously — be sure to check the dedicated page for updates.

Each PDF always includes:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Website
  • Instagram account
  • organized by region

Instagram has become especially important. Many businesses — depending on the region — may not have a website, but most of them do maintain an Instagram presence. This allows you to get a good impression of a place before visiting.

As noted on the website and in the PDF: these businesses are not open 7 days a week or 24 hours a day. Many operate with specific opening hours or are seasonal, so it’s always worth checking in advance.

🇩🇪 Reise 100 % glutenfrei – sicher und sorgenfrei. Lade das PDF herunter, so dass selbst eine schlechte Internetverbindung dich nicht aufhält, und du deine Ziele immer griffbereit hast.

Die Schweiz und Frankreich sind aktuell als PDFs verfügbar. Weitere Länder werden kontinuierlich hinzugefügt – schau regelmäßig auf der Unterseite vorbei, um Updates zu entdecken.

Jedes PDF enthält immer:

  • Name
  • Adresse
  • Webseite
  • Instagram-Account
  • Region

Instagram ist heute besonders wichtig. Viele Betriebe – je nach Region – haben keine eigene Webseite, aber fast alle pflegen einen Instagram-Account. So kannst du dir auch auf diesem Weg ein Bild vom Betrieb machen.

Wie auf der Webseite und im PDF erwähnt: Die Betriebe sind nicht 7 Tage die Woche und 24 Stunden am Tag geöffnet. Viele haben besondere Öffnungszeiten oder öffnen nur saisonal, daher lohnt sich ein vorheriger Check.
